The Windows Pro package uses the power of the Intel HD graphics unit, which is present in all Casablanca-4 systems and many PCs with Intel processor.

Depending on the processor performance, project resolution and mode (i / p), Bogart Windows can achieve significantly faster speed. For example, in the course of development, up to 10x faster video import was measured in UHD projects with an i5-4210H CPU.

Many important and popular Bogart features have been specially optimized to take advantage of Windows Pro acceleration even more. These include:

To use the new technology, the following minimum hardware requirements are needed:

• Prozessor: Intel i5/i7-4xxx (4th Generation) or higher
  (Notebook processors may be limited, depending on the model)
• Active Intel HD graphics (included in the Intel i5/i7 processor, but possibly disabled!)

From the Bogart 9.4 installation (including 8.9 / 7.12 / 6.14), a hardware test is available to check the system. This shows if and in which project resolutions acceleration can be achieved with the WinPRO package. Due to the variety of different PC systems from third-party manufacturers, this test can only show a basic WinPRO acceleration. The test can not determine if Bogart functions will be 0.1% or 1000% faster.

In order to be able to individually test the acceleration that can actually be achieved on each system, a Bogart Demo version with an active Windows Pro package that can be installed free of charge is available.
This demo version is completely independent of the normal Bogart installation. No existing projects are affected and the demo version can be tested completely independently and later uninstalled.
