What's new for Arabesk 6 users in Arabesk 7?

• There is now a disk preview-silulation for DVD and Blu-ray menus (without film rendering).
• Undo and redo functions within the menu creation.
• Chapters are definable directly within the Bogart storyboard.
• The quality settings have been revised and moved to the "Disc projects" menu.
• A data rate Auto-mode automatically adjusts the image quality to the maximum (fitting the media).
• Reference images from Bogart are now used for scene and chapter thumbnails.
• Templates can also be stored if they have less than four chapters.
• Small single or multi-colored patterns are now tiled for the menu background.
• Chapters with fixed intervals are now placed near a scene cut. 
• Chapters can now be selected conveniently through multiple selection.
• When entering text, special characters can now be used.
• The film order can now be changed even in HD/Blu-ray mode.
• The small menu preview picture of locked and imported projects can now be seen.
• When adding movies, no doubled menu selection is needed any more.
• The closing of the disc drawer when leaving Arabesk can now be turned off.
• Two audio tracks can be created (eg German and English).
• The automatic jump to the corresponding menu point when clicking on a switch can now be disabled.
• In the Info display section, also reference medium, total duration, level and quality are displayed. On Windows, cycling the list with the scroll wheel is supported.
• The reference medium is more apparent and will be adjusted when changing the target format.
• When designing the menu, colors and graphics now have a small preview button.
• Colors can now be picked up even from the current menu screen.
• Also 50p projects are now supported and converted to burn in 25p.
• Blu-rays can be produced now with project format 1280x720.
• The 21:9 letterbox format is now supported in Blu-ray (with active Cinemascope extension).
• Several small improvements and fixes (amended indication of the number warnings, frame colors, better Windows image quality of menus, ...).
• Symbols in switches are now set to white for better visibility.
• Locked projects can now also be deleted.
• All new features of Arabesk 7 can be tried in Arabesk Demo mode. 

• Minimum requirements: Bogart Version 8.3 / 7.6 / 6.8 or higher
